APNIC

The Asia-Pacific Network Information Centre (APNIC) is a regional Internet address registry (RIR) for the Asia-Pacific region. It is a nonprofit, membership-based organization that distributes and manages Internet number resources, such as IP addresses and AS numbers, within the Asia Pacific region’s 56 economies.

APNIC plays a critical role in underpinning the infrastructure and growth of the Internet in the region, engaging with network operators, industry groups, governments, and other technical organizations. It also provides training, supports Internet infrastructure development, conducts research, and participates in the multistakeholder model of Internet cooperation and governance.
