In November, the number of IPv4 transfers increased compared to October. RIPE completed the highest number of transfers (454), followed by ARIN (312), APNIC (125), and LACNIC (23).

- ARIN transfers increased from 204 in October to 312 in November.
- APNIC transfers rose slightly, with 125 in November, down from 95 in October.
- RIPE transfers decreased from 512 in October to 454 in November.
- LACNIC transfers slightly increased, with 23 in November, down from 22 in October.
