In November 2023, the number of IPv4 address transfers went down from October. Here’s a closer look at what happened with each RIR:
- RIPE saw a small drop in transfers, with 683 in November compared to 730 in October.
- ARIN had a larger fall from 301 transfers in October to 255 in November.
- APNIC actually saw a rise, going up to 135 transfers in November from 125 in October.
- LACNIC had a slight decrease, with 13 transfers in November down from 14 in October.
